I can remember sitting in the theatre with my family and friends wtching Franco Dragone's creation "O"
It was the first night of our two year break. I turned to René after being mesmerized by the incredible
performance that we just saw and said to him that when I came back to the stage, this is how I'd like to do it.

And so we talked, and we planned, and we met with Franco and his team
and we dreamed and we imagined, and then we set out to create something very special.
Of course between then and now something very special in my life happened...
someone I've been talking about for the last two years...
Like every mother I never get tired of talking about my child
(I hope it doesn't make people too crazy - I just can't help myself).

I can still sense that strange feeling that came over me this past January 25, on that day René-Charles turned two.
I was telling people that I turned two today too! I guess what I meant by that is that I am two in my new life as a mother.
I'm discovering life all over again, like I've met life for the first time... and it's more than I could ever have dreamed of!

And now we're doing a really big show, "A New Day...", the show we dreamed about, and it all happens in the same place,
each night, the beautiful Colosseum at Caesars Palace. So you can imagine how happy I am to know that I can do my show
and be with my son every night - not having to go from airport to aiport, hotel to hotel. I can have a normal life (well almost!)

Now instead of visiting my fans around the world, I'll have the chance to welcome them to see me in the most beautiful theatre in the world...
and to see a show that will give them the same feeling that we all shared when we saw Franco's incredible work a few years ago.
I can't wait to share the experience with all of you.

We're doing some songs of mine from the early days, some songs you've never heard me sing before
and songs from this new album of course.
But I could never describe the show to you - it's emotional, it's visual, it's theatre, it's dance, it's fantasy, it's everything, it's wild!
I can't say I have any favourites but I do have a great time doing "I Drove All Night" and another song from this album "Love Is All We Need".

I really hope you come to see the show.
After all the years of touring and doing a lot of shows I feel I'm able to give the best of the best this time.
I still have my band with me and I've met an entirely new family of artists and creators who have taken me to a new level.
